Yes, we offer a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty and a Limited-Lifetime Warranty on most installed products. Project photos and plans are provided for any future expansions, repairs, or maintenance needs. Additionally, we conduct a site visit after 1 year to ensure no settling, staining or premature wear has occurred.
How will I know the job will be done properly?
We follow the Canadian Landscape Standard (CLS) for all projects to ensure the highest quality. We also work directly with manufacturers to confirm proper installation practices for all products. Additionally, we provide plans, permits, and inspections (if required). Photos and site notes are securely stored on a USB for future reference, and our private records are kept for 5 years.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans through a Third-Party company for projects exceeding $15,000. For smaller projects, we recommend using a line of credit or credit card for payment.

The timeline for your project will depend on several factors, including the complexity of the work, whether plans or permits are required, and the timing of other construction activities. Our team works efficiently to ensure your project progresses smoothly, keeping it on track from start to finish.
